Winter 2006 Newsletter

The Dale Saunders Crane Sanctuary is an 80-acre parcel located in the Susitna Valley. Trapper Creek flows through a portion and the wetlands and barley fields attract hundreds of Sandhill cranes yearly. Dale Saunders passed away in June of 2003, willing this beautiful property to the Great Land Trust.
